Great Hill 100k
October 22, 2022
The Great Hill 100k is the newest addition to the Ironwood Adventure Works fleet of tough trail races. The glacier carved steeps of Finger Lakes trails are rugged enough to make question your decision making. This 60-mile course explores gullies, gorges, and takes you through downtown Naples, NY where you may be tempted to stop and get a latte or an IPA.
A challenging half and full marathon distance trail run in the heart of the Green Mountains at beautiful Trapp Family Lodge. Fall is the best time to visit Vermont and we think that running through crisp, colorful, fall foliage on the Trapp Lodge trail system is just the way to do it. October is a particularly special time to be in Stowe, winter is just around the corner and Oktoberfest is in full swing in and around town.

2021 Covid 19 Policies (22 policies TBD)
All participants and volunteers are required to wear a mask at bib pickup, in the starting coral at the start area, and at the finish area once you have completed your race unless you are socially distanced.
It is strongly recommended that any participant or volunteer who is not fully vaccinated seek out a PCR Covid 19 test within a 72 hour period prior to the start of the event, and don't attend if you receive a positive result.
Please do not attend if you are currently sick, or have experienced any symptoms of Covid 19 recently.
All participants are required to make themselves aware of, and to follow all state and federal travel restrictions related to Covid 19
Unfortunately, due to the current increase in cases nationwide, we will be unable to provide post-race festivities. There will be a delicious to-go burrito for each runner and you don't have to leave immediately, but at the request of the Trapp Family Lodge we will be unable to have our typical post race raffle/party. We ask that if you aren't leaving that you spread out to allow plenty of social distance space.
Aid is only allowed at aid stations.
If you must drop, please notify a race official at the start/finish area ASAP so we don't go looking for you!
