RETURN POLICY
All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at paulshardwareorders@gmail.com to let us know you are sending something back. Package your item(s) and a note with your name, order number and detailed instructions. Send them to the address below. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new, unused condition, we will not pay the postage fees to ship them back to you. Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been worn are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges.

ORDER HANDLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Handling Times: Orders for stock items are shipped within two business days. Orders containing “made to order” items are shipped within five business days.
US Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
US Standard Shipping Option - Our US Standard Shipping option utilizes First Class Mail for orders weighing less than one pound and Priority Mail for orders weighing more than one pound. Once the order is shipped allow 5-10 days for delivery. Our US Standard Shipping rates a flat rates based on parcel weight only.
USPS Priority Mail Option - Our USPS Priority Mail option utilizes USPS Priority Mail for all size orders. Once the order is shipped allow 2-6 days for delivery. Our USPS Priority Mail rates are calculated by weight, zone, and parcel dimensions. For most orders weighing more than one pound our USPS Priority Mail rates are lower than our US Standard Shipping rates.
Please note: Unlike Amazon, our estimated delivery times are NOT guaranteed. We do not have the type of clout needed to guarantee USPS delivers on time.
International Shipping: In 2021 USPS switched to a new system known as Global Post. Global Post utilizes third party private contractors to deliver mail from the US to your country’s postal service. Global Post is slow and unreliable. It is not unusual for a package to take 60 days to arrive.
Customs Charges: We take measures to help alleviate the potential cost of duties and customs charges when your order enters your country. We value all merchandise at wholesale value, not retail value. In many cases this valuation will significantly reduce or eliminate custom charges. The recipient (you) are responsible for your country’s custom charges and duties.
How to Calculate Shipping Charges: Add your items to your cart. Begin the checkout process. You will be given choices for your shipping options and prices.
US and International Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will issue a credit for the merchandise portion of your order. We will not refund the original shipping charge. If you would like the order to be shipped again, you will need to place a new order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
All our packaging material is environmentally friendly. During 2021 we will be reducing our use of plastic in our packaging and shipping materials. We will be transitioning from recycled poly mailers to compostable mailers. Our cardboard mailers and boxes are made of recycled material. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable. We reuse paper packing material and boxes whenever possible.
